Audio Converter is licensed to you through the Microsoft Store under the Microsoft Standard Application License Terms. HAYAH is the licensor. These terms add the following.
Price
Audio Converter is free to download, and every feature in this version is free.
Your files and CDs
Only convert, rip and edit audio you have the right to use. The rules on copying CDs you own differ from country to country; you are responsible for following yours. The app does not remove copy protection (DRM) and refuses protected files. Keep backups of important files: by default the app writes new files and leaves the originals alone.
Third-party components and services
The app runs FFmpeg, licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License; its source code and build instructions are on the source page, and you can use your own FFmpeg in Settings. Track names come from MusicBrainz (CC0 data) and cover art from the Cover Art Archive; cover images belong to their owners. HAYAH is not affiliated with FFmpeg, MusicBrainz, the MetaBrainz Foundation or Microsoft. All component notices are listed in the app under Settings, Open-source licenses.
No warranty
The app is provided as is, to the extent permitted by law. HAYAH is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
